There's No Place Like Home

They say there’s no place like home. And to us, home is a mixture of East Falls, the Schuylkill River, and Kelly Drive all in one. We’ve been here for eight years and counting, and couldn’t think of a more spectacular place to call, “home sweet home.”

East Falls

East Falls is an area of Philadelphia that is close to the Fairmount and Wissahickon Valley Parks, and overlooks Kelly Drive and the Schuylkill River. Once best known for being the home of actress, Grace Kelly, it is now known for its unique mix of eclectic residential, commercial, educational, and of course, culinary experiences. Not only have we been here since 2011, our sister restaurant, Foghorn, also calls East Falls its home. Foghorn is located just steps away on Ridge Ave, one of the main roads that spans the entire neighborhood.

Schuylkill River

There’s not much more of a beautiful scene than staring outside and seeing lush greenery and tranquil currents. We’re lucky enough to call the Schuylkill River our backyard (even if we have to double check our spelling on it every single time!). The Schuylkill River is one of our city’s main waterways, and flows all the way down into its end in the Delaware River. To us, it will always be the perfect backdrop to a gorgeous meal.

Kelly Drive

Kelly Drive runs along the North side of the Schuylkill River and is one of the most popular, and scenic places where all of Philadelphia loves to be. Whether its by the Art Museum, flexing your muscles next to the Rocky Statue, renting a rowboat at Boathouse Row, or training for a 5k and jogging up the scenic path, there’s something for everyone along this gorgeous route. We love welcoming marathoners to enjoy their first post-run meal, bike riders stopping for lunch mid-ride, and all walk-ins alike.
